The basic structure of the injection mold according to its use function, Hongren believes that it can be divided into: 

casting system molding parts, side parting, guiding mechanism, ejecting device and core pulling mechanism, cooling 

and heating system and exhaust system and other seven parts. The analysis of these seven parts is as follows:

1. The pouring system refers to the plastic flow channel in the mold from the nozzle of the injection molding machine

 to the cavity. The ordinary pouring system is composed of main channel, diverter channel, gate, cold hole and so on.

2, lateral parting and core pulling mechanism.

3, the guide mechanism in the plastic mold, mainly has the role of positioning, guiding, bearing a certain side pressure, 

to ensure the accuracy of dynamic and fixed mold closing. The clamping guide mechanism is composed of a guide column,

 a guide sleeve or a guide hole (directly opened on the template), a positioning cone, etc.

4, ejector device mainly plays the role of ejector parts from the mold, by ejector rod or ejector tube or push plate, ejector

 plate, ejector rod fixed plate, reset rod and pulling rod.

5, cooling and heating system.

6. Exhaust system.

7, forming parts it refers to the parts that constitute the mold cavity. Mainly includes: punch, die, core, forming rod, 

forming ring and insert and other parts.
